Time if the year that everyone dreads, well most everyone. After the holidays, you don't have too much money left. Some can't wait to file the taxes so they can payoff the debt that had been acquired. Some of us can wait because we may have had a bad year and looks like you might have tio pay in anyway. That's all we need now is to owe Uncle Sam.
